Background: OneWorld <http://www.oneworld.org/> site is dedicated to bringing news from around the world particularly sharing what is happening in both the "developed" and "underdeveloped" world. It came online in 1995, and offers news, information and activities for several different audiences.

is an article by Harvard professor and critical ethnographer Marcelo Suarez-Orozco which was published in Harvard's online magazine "Harvard Magazine".

Researchers from universities around the United States are working together to "design, develop and disseminate a comprehensive curricular and instructional framework that is strong, flexible, and inclusive of diversity among all individuals and communities". Research projects are monitored by the U.S. Department of Education.

Types of Information Offered: Dr. Suarez-Orzco examines the response that industrialized nations have had to the recent influx of immigration.
